This search uses the OCLC API to determine if an OCN is retained by an EAST library.
Titles are consided retained if the library has an LHR which has been registered with OCLC using the Shared Print Registration Service, and has "EAST" in the 583 $f.
Searches can be either on the current OCN or any merged numbers.
While this search currently is just an OCLC number search, we expect to add more funtionality in the future.
